Anna was press secretary to two New Zealand Prime Ministers, has worked as a government relations consultant and has provided media relations support to the Commonwealth Secretary General.  She was internal communications manager at the New Zealand Rugby Union before joining Telecom New Zealand as Head of Internal Communications and Head of Sponsorship, with responsibility for teams in Australia and New Zealand.

She has a Masters degree from the Medill School of Journalism, Northwestern University, Chicago.
