Jenny Blagdon has a role in the Exchange as advisor on learning, ensuring that we capture the lessons to be learnt from each of the associated initatives around New Zealand.

Jenny is a social innovator with many years experience as a social worker and community worker in both the not for profit and government sectors, most recently in leadership roles. She is particularly interested in collaboration beyond the rhetoric and measuring the impact of social innovation.

She has worked as a facilitator, adult educator, management consultant and strategic advisor. Her most recent roles in Aotearoa New Zealand included working as strategic advisor to the Barnardos leadership team, contributing to the Inspiring Communities Exchange and supporting Great Start Taita. She also facilitated the Promoting Generosity Hub during 2008. Although Jenny is currently living with her family in Noosa, Australia, she remains actively involved in social change movements in New Zealand.
